1. Acceptance

By using Swipely (the "Service"), operated by Swipely, part of the tasta.space ecosystem, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Swipely is a free, browser-based tool for designing Instagram and LinkedIn carousels. The free editor runs entirely in your browser and requires no account.

Paid Pro features (cloud saving, brand kits, assisted writing) are not yet available. These Terms will be updated before Pro launches.

3. Your content and ownership

You retain all rights to the carousels, text, and images you create and export. Swipely claims no ownership of and no license to your content.

You are responsible for the content you add, including any images, fonts, or logos you upload or link to: you must have the right to use them.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Because your work is stored only in your own browser, you are responsible for keeping your own copies by exporting your carousels.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swipely is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data stored in your browser.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date below. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, [operating entity / address to confirm].
